We have a 90-days return policy, which means you can ship the product back to us within 90 days after receiving it. Products shipped back later than 90 days can't be accepted for a refund.
Note: orders placed between Feb 8 and March 5, 2023 have 30 days return policy. Orders placed after March 5 have 90 days return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging that you received it with, including charging cables, instruction manuals and other received inserts.
To start a return, just simply contact us at email@example.com and we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Funds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank’s processing times.
Please note that we aren't able to refund the return shipping fee. However we will refund the shipping fee you've paid to get the product.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
