For the most products the shipping cost is flat rate of $5.95. However final rate is calculated at checkout. Also, we offer free shipping on orders over $89

We have warehouses in different countries like USA, Asia and Europe Therefore most of the times (but not always) we ship orders from the warehouse which is closest to the customer's location.

Yes, we ship to most countries, however there are few exceptions. Please check country's list when entering your shipping address on checkout page. If it is on the list, we can ship it there.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you shipping update to your email (check spam/promotion folders as well). Just click on "View Order" in the email. Then click on the tracking number to check the delivery status.

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the promotion and spam folders. You can simply search BonoWellness in your email system.

If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email contact@bonowellness.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 

All orders on BonoWellness are processed in USD.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which could help you to convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, BonoWellness process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Shipment may be delayed for some reasons such us due to bad weather, long Holidays, customs, a huge number of deliveries and backlogs. If it takes more than 4 weeks since the package was shipped, please contact us at contact@bonowellness.com

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email contact@bonowellness.com within 4 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

Sometimes orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. If you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are still in transit, please check Order's page to see if there are multiple tracking numbers provided.

Our Return Policy states that you can return the item for a full refund within 90 days after receiving the item. Please check our refund-return policy here.
